Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dougmor Technologies Intl. services ("Services"), including our software platforms AcademeEase, PharmaPro, CoreZap ERP, and Smart Technology Solutions. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide software-as-a-service platforms for schools, hospitals, and businesses. Access is granted upon account creation and subscription acceptance.

Account Registration

You must register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription & Payment

• Access to our software requires a valid subscription.
• Payments are processed via M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Licenses

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Bypass any security features of our Services.
• Share your account credentials.
• Use our Services to store sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Services are owned by Dougmor Technologies Intl. and protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of data you input into our systems. We process data solely to provide our Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
